We require that the product(s) be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment.

Customer Dissatisfaction

The products we sell are original brands manufactured by the respective pharmaceutical companies in the specified countries. We do not sell generics. We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. In case you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us for a refund.

Order cancellation

After placing an order, you can cancel your order if your order is not shipped. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible for the cancellation of your order, as it is not possible to cancel your order once your parcel is dispatched.
